What we collect. Your name, email, shipping address, and order history — collected when you create an account, place an order, or contact support.

How we use it. To fulfil and ship your orders, respond to support requests, and show your own order history and addresses back to you when you're logged in.

Who sees it. Our own fulfillment team, not our vendors — vendors only ever receive a packing slip with the item and quantity, never your name, address, or contact details.

Payments. We don't store your card details ourselves; those are handled by our payment provider at checkout.

Your choices. You can review and update your saved addresses from your account at any time, or contact us to ask what we hold about you.
